Our servers connect to AboveNet's world-wide optical fiber network in San Jose, California. Our server facility manager, Jonathan Hahn, maintains our systems which handle our web, email, and database hosting, among other services.

All of our mission critical servers run UNIX, and we prefer to use FreeBSD, Redhat Linux, and Gentoo Linux. Based on customer needs, we also host Windows servers as necessary.

We also maintain a secondary server location in San Francisco that keeps backups of our production systems.
